To keep costs down, I work mostly alone, but can and will call in labor help when needed for the job (example, clean-outs). I do most things that do not require a professional license (electric, plumbing), but also do non permit-level electrical and plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets or light fixtures. For work that requires a permit, but not a professional license, I liaise with the city/town department on your behalf. I can recommend licensed professionals for you and work with them to keep your costs for their service to a minimum.
My professional fee structure is:
I provide a verbal estimate of the work to be performed (with time and materials) at our first consult. If you want to proceed, I provide an itemized estimate for labor (by hour) and materials. I limit my labor fee to 10% above the estimate. For materials, either you provide, or I obtain and you reimburse costs. Additional laborers can be hired through a third party source at your expense.
I am insured for $1,000,000 as a handyman (including ladder work up to 3 stories) for damage or injury to your property or you.
You do NOT need to sign me as your Agent to use Help2SellNH services, BUT, I offer a 10% rebate* at close for those who use both services. AND when you're my client, you get my "whatever it takes" attitude!
Rebate based on cost of Help2SellNH labor cost. Limited to lesser of $2,000 or 10% of seller share of commission
